This Colombian coffee comes from the highlands of the Huila region of Colombia sitting at 1,650 meters. This is a fully washed coffee of the Pink Bourbon variety with some incredible cupping notes. This has traditional red fruits typical of Colombian coffees including black cherry, red apple notes with a sweet caramel and sugar cane finish.
